Returns

Original artwork and other ready-to-ship items may be returned within 7 calendar days after delivery. To request a return, email hello@openhearthgallery.com before sending anything back. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, using tracked and fully insured shipping. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Any original outbound shipping cost paid by Open Hearth Gallery may be deducted from the refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the work is received and inspected.

Commissioned, personalized, altered, made-to-order, and final-sale works are not returnable. Commission deposits become non-refundable once work begins. Before work begins, cancellation requests will be considered individually.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its listing, contact hello@openhearthgallery.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the artwork, packaging, and shipping label. Keep all packaging while the claim is reviewed. We will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement where possible, or a refund.

Colors and scale may appear somewhat different across screens. Measurements and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
