These terms apply to purchases from Open Hearth Gallery, a DBA operating under the Long Waves umbrella, through openhearthgallery.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance, availability, payment authorization, and fraud review. We may cancel or refund an order if a work is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or cannot be safely delivered. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes are charged at checkout. Shipping estimates are not guarantees; delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control may occur.

Unless a listing states otherwise, purchasing artwork transfers ownership of the physical object only. Copyright and all reproduction, publication, merchandising, and other intellectual-property rights remain with the artist or rights holder. Site text, images, and design may not be copied or commercially used without permission.

Artwork is sold as described, subject to reasonable variations in color, texture, dimensions, and screen display. Our return and damage policy is incorporated into these terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Open Hearth Gallery is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
